My Chosen People Graduates 15 From Diersen Substance Abuse Program

My Chosen People graduated 15 residents from their re-entry classes in mid-March. My Chosen People works extensively with the Diersen SAP offering sessions on mental health and substance abuse treatment, education, assistance with medical care, job search and placement, case management, conflict management, housing and parenting classes.
