Maintenance Technician Jose Diaz has established a reputation at the Dania Beach facility for never turning away from a challenge, no matter the time to complete it or the difficulty of the task. In fact, he often identifies issues no one else considered. So when he saw that the sidewalks around the facility needed a good cleaning he attacked that problem as well – by buffing them.
