Dismas Charities Dania Beach Fatherhood Program A Big Success

Past and present residents of the Dania Beach program graduated from a Fatherhood Mentoring Program in late September. The 12-week group sessions held at the facility are designed to provide individual and group education to help the men develop the skills needed to be-come and remain active in their children’s life. The program mentors covered case management, community activities, and resource referrals. According to statistics, 100% of the participants show an improvement in knowledge, attitudes and skills about parenting.
