Former Atlanta Resident Efaunte Morales earned his Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in mid-December. Morales began working toward the license with community partner Atlanta Technical College while still a resident at the Dismas facility. Morales thanked the Atlanta staff for encouraging him and placing him in contact with the college. His license was issued free because he was enrolled in a program that pays for vocational training for re-entering citizens. “We are proud of what Morales has accomplished and look forward to updates on his continued success,” said Director Stephen Ricks.
