The staff from Dismas Charities Tupelo program attended the IGNITE Leadership Conference, billed as one of the premier events in the Tupelo area. Attended by over 700 community leaders, the conference was hosted by the Community Development Foundation, the local Chamber of Commerce and economic development organization for Tupelo/Lee County. The one-day summit was designed to inspire attendees to lead and create desired change within their organization and communities. The conference featured seven noted national and internationally known speakers, authors and life coaches with the mission to engage and develop dynamic and effective leaders in the community.
