In the mid-1990’s when Dismas was exploring opportunities with the Isleta Pueblo Native American tribe, staff befriended tribal leader, Shufa Padilla, a tribal judge and medicine man for the Pueblo. He was also a weaver and presented Dismas with this woven tapestry of friendship which Vice President of Development Den Freaney (left) recently presented to Albuquerque Assistant Director Kelly Bowman for placement in the center.
