Memphis Day Reporting Center Social Services Coordinator Pamela Harlan-McSwain (right) attended the Rock the Block network fair at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC). The event allowed community organizations to become knowledgeable about different programs or collaborations available in the area. Harlan-McSwain met with Dr. Kennard Brown), Executive Vice Chancellor of UTHSC to discuss her program.
