Intern Supervisor Hector Zamora, Webster University Intern Reba Wilborn, El Paso Director Yvette Colorado and Regional Vice President Dan Judiscak display a Family Reunification Awareness Program brochure developed by El Paso facility interns to address issues family members should consider with the return of their loved one. The brochure provides information on community resources, help lines and family services. It is also an integral part of the Family Orientation phase of a residents stay at the facility and is designed to better prepare them and their family with life after release. In a related issue, the El Paso program has accepted its first intern under the Master of Rehabilitation Counseling program at UTEP.
