Clarksburg Director Kelly Davis (right) presented Accounting Clerk Angela Michael with a gift certificate in appreciation of her quick response in providing first aid and Narcan to a resident who was found unresponsive due to a drug overdose. The resident called from the hospital emergency room to thank staff for saving his life. “The resident’s ‘thank you’ was confirmation of how valuable life is and that the opportunity for second chances extends far beyond prison walls,” Davis said.
