Residents from the Montgomery program recently attended an afternoon celebrating fatherhood in a special program sponsored by the Family Guidance Center. The purpose of the initiative was to draw attention to the vital role father’s play in the lives of their children. Families attending participated in various activities including arts and crafts, trivia, photo opportunities, and drawings for door prizes. Resident Tremaine Holloway won a gift basket which he gave to his son. Resident Benny King and his significant other volunteered to take photos of those attending. King and Holloway also met with other fathers about their experiences and offered their advice.
