On May 14, three community health care representatives visited and toured the Dismas Charities Tucson facility. Among them were Spencer Graves, of the Pima County Health Department, Michal Goforth, from the Pima Community Access Program, and Debra Johnson, of St. Elizabeth Health Center. All three agencies are involved in providing services for those seeking health care. Part of the discussion centered around establishing a working relationship to help our residents.. As a result of the meeting, monthly visits will be made by a United Way representative, who will offer enrollment services for health coverage to any resident releasing from our facility within 30 days.
