Dismas Charities-Dania Beach turns out for city event

For the second straight year, five staff and 14 residents at Dania Beach volunteered to help with the city’s annual Arts and Seafood Festival.  Dismas is the largest group of volunteers from any organization helping with the event, according to Director Ana Gispert. In thanks, City Economic Development Manager Dan Murphy wrote Gispert saying “…the residents were extremely helpful…and performed yeoman-like tasks all weekend.  Your office staff was a great addition….”
