A former Atlanta resident is being hailed a hero after discovering a 15-month-old toddler walking down a busy Georgia highway. The child, according to police, had crawled through about 300 yards of a wooded area near his home to reach the highway. In interviews ex-resident Stephen Collins, said following his incarceration that he made a “really conscience effort to change.” People magazine has also expressed an interest in the story and Collins’ life.
