Bill Ferko, a member of the Dismas Charities Board of Directors since 2013, and who most recently served as its Vice Chairman, was elected Chairman October 26, replacing Don Christensen. Ferko has been a Board member since 2003 serving as Chair of Dismas’ Foundations Board. Tom Moss, one of the longest serving members of the current Board with 41 years service, was elected Vice Chair to replace Ferko. Re-elected to the Secretary and Treasurer posts were Art Potter and Bruce Kramer, respectively. Re-appointed to three years terms were Tony Kalodimos, Henry Lyon, and Moss. The Dismas Charities Foundation and Properties Boards also held their election of officers. Steve Rickert was re-elected Chairman of Properties, with Nancy Wagner re-elected Vice Chair. Don Ruzanka re-elected Secretary/Treasurer. Members appointed to serve additional one year terms were Bob Rabbeth, Rickert, Wagner, and Ruzanka. Re-elected Chairman of the Foundation Board was Tony Brutscher, with Rick Turnock being elected Vice Chair and Bill Roby elected to Secretary/Treasurer. All three members were appointed to serve additional one year terms.
