On December 19, Dismas Charities opened its 27th federal residential reentry center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Manchester, Kentucky. Located at 845 Muddy Gap Road, the program can provide services for 27 men and women, most of whom will be residents of surrounding Manchester-Clay County, when the facility officially opens February 1. Special guests included Kentucky Senate President Robert Stivers (left) and U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers (second from right). Dismas President Ray Weis (second from left) and Mayor James Garrison (right) also participated in the ribbon-cutting.
