In late-June, Portland Residents Robert Bratcher (right) and D.J. Justice loaded a 40foot long container for the Supplies Over Seas (SOS) initiative. SOS is a Louisville-based organization that meets critical health care needs in medically impoverished communities around the world by collecting and distributing surplus medical supplies and equipment. These relief supplies are bound for Zimbabwe.
