In late April, residents of the St. Ann Substance Abuse Program received information and check-ups from two health care providers. Staff from Norton Healthcare provided health screenings during an annual health fair at the facility with 55 men taking advantage of the opportunity for free blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol checks and free HIV testing. On the same day, the Louisville Metro Health Department provided Hepatitis A vaccinations for St. Ann’s residents. Thirty-seven men took advantage of the opportunity including Parolee Cody Streeval.
