A Credit Education Workshop, sponsored by the University of Southern Mississippi’s Institute for Disability Studies, was held at the Tupelo facility. Housing Credit Counselor Fran Dear (standing above) spoke to the 14 residents attending. Discussions included what is credit, what is a credit reporting agency, why is good credit important, how to repair credit, and common credit problems.
