The ability to attend the Relative Caregivers Programs Annual Achievement Ball was made easier for three young men by the generosity of Dismas’ Memphis (TN) staff. The event is designed to recognize youth enrolled in the program for their academic achievements and community involvement. The ball also recognizes the caregivers of the youth. The Memphis program donated $500 for the black tie event which allowed the trio to purchase their black tie clothing, including shoes. Representing the Memphis program were Resident Monitor Bruce Cole (left), Director James Williams (right), and Assistant Director Eric Powell (second from right), all of whom agreed to mentor the men. Williams and Powell are also on the Community Relations Board of the Caregivers initiative.
