The El Paso program partners with the Center for Employment Training (CET) in promoting education in the areas of accounting, construction and truck driving. Residents receive an orientation of the programs available, including financial aid, student loans, employment opportunities and a tour of CET’s facilities. CET prepares the students in the areas of building maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry. The truck driving program prepares the student to obtain a commercial license and to obtain employment in the areas of over-the-road truck driving or a commercial truck driving position.
