Kentucky Department of Corrections Substance Abuse Program (SAP) Administrator Mylea McFelea (left) and SAP Director Kevin Pangburn (center), recently toured the St. Ann program. Pangburn announced that he was handing off the day-to-day clinical decisions of the program to McFelea, according to Director Mark Meredith (right). The St Ann facility is one of three SAP programs administered by Dismas.
