High profile community leaders are no stranger to the Charleston facility as evidenced recently with a tour and luncheon for St. Albans Police Chief Rodney Jones and Mayor Dick Calloway (second and third from left respectively). Also on hand were (from left) Dismas Regional Vice President Cathy Bellew, Jones, Calloway, Director Jim Sands and St. Albans Officer Nick Matthews. Sands is a member of the St. Albans WV Drug Task Force Committee which meets monthly to discuss problems and potential solutions to crime and drugs in the community. The Mayor and Police Chief are the Task Force leaders
