Raymond J. Weis
President/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Weis has been directly involved in the criminal-justice arena since 1968 and he is internationally sought after for his opinions and observations on residential re-entry centers and associated issues. He has served on numerous boards and commissions and holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University and a master’s degree from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work.

Jan M. Kempf
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Kempf also has been with Dismas since 1984. She has served in the social-service area of the criminal-justice system for more than 30 years and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville. She is a master’s candidate in Management at Webster University. Ms. Kempf also studied communicative disorders at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Chuck Ferraro
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services

Chuck joined Dismas in August, 2015, and is responsible for management oversight of Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance, both from the University of Baltimore. He is an active participant in the development and execution of Dismas’ ongoing strategy. He has 20 years of experience in corporate executive level positions, including Chief Information Officer and general business strategy development and execution.
