Graduations in Greensboro

Dismas Greensboro takes pride in celebrating the achievements of three clients who successfully graduated  from the Step-Up Program. Enthusiastic clients, Misters W. Lyons, M. McCaskill, and K. Horton recently completed the instruction which focuses on job readiness. This program offers a work-shop designed to equip individuals with essential job skills, thus empowering positive life changes. 

Facilitated by a dedicated team of volunteers and staff, the Step-Up Program features skill development enhancements in effective communication, job search strategies, resume building, networking, conflict management, reflective listening, anger management, interview preparation, and job retention. Qualifying participants receive personalized support from an employment Counselor. These successful clients are indeed ready to Step-Up in the community.
