Sioux City Client Off To College

Last fall, Sioux City Client Mr. R. Stevens commenced his first day at Western Iowa Tech Community College, eagerly embracing this new life chapter.

Despite past challenges, Stevens has demonstrated incredible resilience, overcoming a spinal injury and personal tragedy. His determination to improve himself and his family is commendable.
